Hi, I’m Tracy Traeder and I am honored and grateful to have you visit my website.
My hope is to inspire you, invoke thought, that you’ll learn something new, create a shift, find a new perspective.
I'm a motivational spiritual teacher, a happiness and wellness facilitator, an energy manager, intuitive developer, meditation facilitator, compassion promoter, blogger, a wife and a mother of three amazing kids. For as far back as I can remember, I have always felt a need, a call, a nagging feeling that I needed/wanted to help people and save the world. To motivate and cheer people on to live a bigger,
a richer, a more whole-hearted happier life.
However, I didn’t always do this, I consider this to be my second career. I started out working in corporate America as a certified public accountant at a public accounting firm for 13 years. Although I enjoyed many aspects of my career, I knew that it wasn’t my passion, or my calling in life. As much as possible, I navigated my career toward working with the people side of business and less with the numbers side of business. I was heavily involved with recruiting and training and became a consultant for a personality and
skills assessment tool called Predictive Index.
When September 11th happened, I decided it was time to shift gears. It was time to honor the whisper in my heart…it was actually more like a flashing neon sign. I engrossed myself in learning and growing and eventually sharing. I read and studied and practiced and shared, until one day I decided it was time to share my discoveries on a larger scale.
My approach combines ancient wisdom with modern science to create synergy of the mind, body and spirit. Synergizing my experience in the corporate world with that of energy management, mindfulness, spiritual concepts and hard-core science based evidence.
Tracy has earned a positive reputation because she goes out of our way to provide truly exceptional service to each of her clients.

Workplace Wellness Training
Enhance your company's corporate wellness program by sharing with your employees the critical link between wellness and their minds. Tracy will work with your team to create a program to meet your company's wellness objectives. These sessions will not only benefit wellness, but have been proven to increase employee creativity, productivity, engagement, satisfaction and teamwork.

New research in the area of positive psychology demonstrates the critical link between our minds and our overall wellness. In this session, you’ll learn about this new and exciting research on wellness, how the brain handles negative versus positive information, the impact of our words and thoughts on our well-being, the advantages of positivity and how society’s current model is backward. You’ll learn some simple, yet life-changing, key habits for raising your baseline for happiness and overall wellness.
Let’s demystify meditation! Meditation does not need to be time consuming or challenging to provide amazing wellness benefits. In this session participants will hear the latest research on meditation and learn simple practical strategies for incorporating a practice into their schedule.
Learn how to tap into your intuition to enhance your problem solving, decision making and be "in the zone". Tracy will share with you techniques for retrieving your own wisdom from within.
Empathy and Compassion Training
This session will allow participants to gain an understanding the important role empathy and compassion play in promoting overall wellness and unity. Learn how to cultivate self-compassion and compassion for others while strengthening relationships and teams.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that offers beneficial calming, balancing and stress-reducing effects. During a Reiki session, the client is fully clothed while comfortably reclining on a massage table or seated in a chair.
