About Tracy

Hi, I’m Tracy Traeder and I am honored and grateful to have you visit my website. For as far back as I can remember, I’ve felt a call to motivate and cheer people on to live bigger, richer, more whole-hearted happier and healthier lives. However, I didn’t always do this, I consider this to be my second career. I started out working in the corporate world as a certified public accountant at a public accounting firm for 13 years. 

Although I enjoyed many aspects of that career, I knew it wasn’t my passion, my mission in life. I navigated my career toward working with the people side of business and became heavily involved with recruiting and training, and became a consultant for a personality and skills assessment tool.

In 2001, I left public accounting to follow my passion and come into alignment with my purpose. For the past several years I've been consulting with individuals and businesses, offering a variety of personal growth and development services to help them lead healthier and happier lives.

I am SACC certified in the Arno Profile System for temperament analysis, a certified Happiness Coach and have completed an Emotional Intelligence Masterclass. 

The connection between our mind, body and spirit is the key to achieving overall success in all areas of our life. Understanding our minds, our inner world, how our temperament, thought patterns, belief systems, and negativity bias impact our lives. Connecting to our bodies and taking care of and nurturing it through exercise, nutrition, self-compassion and self-awareness. 

My approach combines ancient wisdom with modern science to create synergy of the mind, body and spirit. Synergizing my experience in the corporate world with that of temperament analysis, mindset retraining, mindfulness, spiritual concepts and hard-core science based evidence. My mission is to inspire, invoke thought, create a shift, find a new perspective and ultimately help individuals and businesses to thrive.

Individual Coaching

The first step in creating wellness is to develop awareness of self. I work one-on-one with clients to help

create greater self-awareness through a broad range of resources and tools.

A foundational step in building self-awareness is to have an understanding of your temperament, your most natural inborn state. One of the tools I use to build this foundation is a temperament analysis model called the Arno Profile System (APS). APS is a therapeutic method to determine each individual’s inborn temperament. In order to make healthy connections with others, it’s important to first have a good understanding of our connection with self. Knowing our temperament helps us to understand our tendencies and needs

and how to make intentional connections.

After creating this foundational understanding, we'll work together to create deeper awareness in other key wellness areas such as:

  • Limiting beliefs

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Mindset management

  • Living congruently

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Self-appreciation

  • Resilience

  • Habits and routines

All sessions can be done either in-person or virtually.

Let’s demystify meditation! Meditation does not need to be time consuming or challenging to provide amazing wellness benefits. Learn the latest research on meditation and simple practical strategies for incorporating a practice into your daily schedule.

I will guide participants through a wide-range of mindfulness meditations to help apply this life-changing practice.

A Program of Empowerment

There are common roadblocks to reaching our full potential and becoming the best version of ourselves. These roadblocks center around our limiting beliefs and impact all areas of our lives. They keep us from achieving success within personal growth, relationships, wellness, happiness and joy, spiritual growth, business or career, finances and the capacity to serve others.

The Mission Possible program systematically challenges these roadblocks and steps you through the process of cultivating new, empowered belief systems that help you flourish.

The Mission Possible program leads you through crafting your unique Mission, identifying your Great Devotion Pillars, pinpointing Limiting Beliefs associated with each pillar, and strategies for Cultivating Empowering Beliefs allowing you to navigate your boat and thrive.

The Compass
An Emotional Intelligence Program

Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to understand and manage emotional encounters. Individuals who score highly on emotional intelligence tend to be better able to handle everyday stress, foster a greater number of meaningful close relationships, and be more socially competent in general. Consequently, individuals who are high in emotional intelligence may also be more likely to

experience higher levels of well-being.

Emotionally intelligent people have mastered different emotional skills, where each skill contributes to one or more aspects of emotional intelligence. For instance, emotionally intelligent people have developed a great emotional vocabulary and have learned to use this

vocabulary to accurately describe their emotions.

Emotional intelligence is a skill that can be learned and fostered. This program is designed to assist with

cultivating emotional intelligence skills in the following four key areas:

  1. Noticing and understanding emotions in oneself

  2. Noticing and understanding emotions in others

  3. Effective regulation of emotion in oneself

  4. Using emotions to facilitate performance
